Travel Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they and everyone in their party meet all travel requirements for their destination before departure. Requirements vary by nationality, destination, airline, and personal circumstance, and can change without notice.
What you must confirm before you travel
- Passport: valid and with sufficient remaining validity for your destination and any transit countries.
- Visas & travel authorizations: entry, transit, and any required electronic travel authorization.
- Health & vaccinations: any vaccination certificates or health documentation required by the destination, airline, or transit country.
- Customs & immigration: declarations and documentation applicable to your nationality and route.
- Travelers under 18: where applicable, a passport, birth certificate, notarized parental or guardian consent, guardianship or court documents, and any additional destination-specific requirements.
Where to verify requirements
Always check current requirements directly with:
- The embassy or consulate of your destination and any transit countries.
- Your airline's international travel documentation page.
- Official government travel advisory websites for your country of citizenship.
